One-on-One Training

For only $40 a session, you can have individual time with Coach Rach. Each workout is 40 minutes long and designed to focus on your goals and needs. Choose from 2 to 5 times per week based on your time and training!

Small Group Training

For only $20 a session, you can get a group of friends or colleagues together and come train! The maximum number of people you can have is 4.
