Classes

We offer multiple classes here at The Rise! *And your first class is FREE!

Class Information:

  • 45-minute classes with warm-up and cool down
  • $10 Drop-in fee for classes
  • $140 Punch cards are available for purchase to help you to save money and stay committed (21 punches/classes).

You do not need a gym membership to attend classes!

Available Classes:

HiLo

HiLo

A class that focuses on strength training specific muscle groups. Takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8am. Monday are Hi(gh) as we work arms, backs, shoulders, and abs. Wednesdays are Lo(w) as we work legs.

SPIN FUSION

SPIN FUSION

A class that focuses on mixing the best of everything for the most optimum benefits for your body. Every class you come to you can expect something different, such as bodyweight exercises, varying equipment, and partner workouts. Fusion is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5am.

GRIT

GRIT

A class that trains the body for obstacle course racing. The purpose of this class is to train for upcoming obstacle course races. You do not have to compete in the races but prep for the races are mixed in with this class. Warrior is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45am.
